What is the best type of therapy?
At Clarity Counseling and Therapy Group, we don’t believe there is a “best” type of therapy. Instead, we tailor your session to what modalities of therapy are best for you. Your psychotherapist will be able to tell you which type of therapy is best for you based on your concerns. All members of our team use an eclectic approach utilizing many different modalities to customize your treatment. We can help you with CBT therapy, DBT therapy, humanistic/experiential therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and much more. To us, the best kind of therapy is the type of treatment that helps you.
